Orange Group is now ARAMARK Workplace Solutions (UK) Ltd.
In October 2009, ARAMARK Ireland acquired the business interests of Veris
plc. This strategic acquisition brought Orange Group, Vector Workplace &
Facilities Management Limited and Irish Estates Management and Glenrye Properties
Services Limited into the ARAMARK Ireland fold, in a move designed to enhance
the Company’s Total Facilities Management (TFM) service offering.
As a result of the acquisition, Orange Group, our business based in the
UK, was re-branded as ARAMARK Workplace Solutions (UK) Ltd in October 2010
and in January 2011 relocated to state-of-the-art offices on Farnborough’s
IQ Business Park.
Together, with ARCADION, an operating division of ARAMARK Workplace Solutions
(UK) Ltd and our ARAMARK Ireland operating divisions of Food Service, Property,
Workplace Solutions (Irl) and Environmental Services we have the experience
and expertise to provide a fully integrated solution to clients who wish to
achieve maximum value by working with a single partner.
